This image was taken in Dundee, Scotland. I was out with two friends shooting illuminated buildings at night, and got drawn to this colourful shopping window. Occasionally people passed between the window and me, creating a stark contrast between their black silhouette and the colour behind. So I got into position, focused my (manual) lens, waited and pressed the shutter when this gentleman passed through.
