After a truly disappointing winter (high temperatures with little snow), the last week has seen the return of spring to Dundee, and most of Scotland. Sunny days and 15°C make for enjoyable strolls under blossoming trees, and Magdalen Green is a particularly nice spot to enjoy the sun amidst an ocean of yellow daffodils.
This week’s image shows the bandstand on Magdalen Green on a Sunday evening.
Taken with the Pentax K3 and SMC-A 50 f/1.7 at f/5.6, 1/1000th sec. and ISO 100. Edited (quite heavily, I must admit) in Lightroom 6.
P.S. I am not kidding myself, this series has long since ceased being ‘weekly’, but I cannot think of a different name, so I will continue with the title and numbering as it is.
